Lesson 2

Shape Language, Silhouette, Face & Head, Hands, Reference Studies

We are in Lesson 2 all warmed up and ready to tackle any challenge that comes your way.

I hope you started brainstorming your character with the RAD Character Builder. Think about character traits and features. This week, we will start sketching thumbnails for our character designs.

This week, we will be focusing on the hands and the head. For refreshers on the lectures, you can refer to the Face & Head Overview and Hand Overview documents.

One of my favorite parts of this class is introducing you to the difference between Referencing and Copying.
